This purchase is governed by the following standard terms of sale for consumer purchases of goods over the Internet. Consumer purchases over the internet are mainly regulated by the Contracts Act, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Marketing Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act and the E-Commerce Act, and these laws give the consumer inalienable rights. The terms of this agreement are not to be construed as limiting the statutory rights, but set out the parties' most important rights and obligations for trade.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store or create an account with us, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
Email marketing : With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. You can opt in or out of email marketing in your account or at the bottom of the email by clicking “unsubscribe”.
Anna Rannestad Design may use your personal information to:
- Process your order and to answer questions about the status of your order.
- Send you or your customers products that you have ordered.
- Maintain contact with you and provide you with ongoing personalized service.
- Communicate with you (via e-mail, post or otherwise) and provide you with promotional materials and additional information regarding our products, services, surveys, contests, promotions and special offers.
- Help us learn more about your usage of our website.
- Conduct marketing and performance research, to assist us in measuring our customer service, improve our customer experiences and product offerings.
In accordance with Norwegian legislation, we are required to keep accounting information, including order confirmations, invoices and credit notes. We also need this information in the event of a complaint.
When you pay by card, this is handled by our payment partner for safe and fast processing.

If our Policy changes in the future, we will notify our customers and website users of any such changes by posting an updated Policy on our website.
TERMS OF SALE
It should be easy and safe to shop at AnnaRannestadDesign.com. All purchases are regulated by standard sales conditions in accordance with Norwegian legislation for consumer purchases of goods over the Internet.
We ask you to read through the general terms and conditions that apply when you shop with us. When you buy an item, it also means that you have accepted and approved the current conditions, and that you are over 18 years old.

3. Agreement, conclusion of agreement and order confirmation
Once you have completed the purchase in the online store, the agreement is considered entered into the legal force and is binding for both parties.
You will receive an order confirmation immediately after ordering. We recommend that you check that the order confirmation matches the order. If the order and the order confirmation does not match, you should contact us as soon as possible.
The order confirmation and the purchase conditions together form the basis for this agreement.
The prices stated in the online store include, shipping and packaging. Additional VAT may come if the order is over 300 NOK including shipping.
A silk scarf is individually adapted to each individual customer and thus falls under the category "manufacturing purchases". Payment is therefore made when the order is completed in the online store.
You can pay with Vipps, PayPal, VISA, Mastercard or American Express. When you pay by card, this is handled by our payment partner Stripe.
When paying by credit card, the law on credit purchases etc. come into use.
Delivery of a goods or more from us to you takes place in the manner, at the place and at the time specified in the ordering solution in the online store.
7. Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements on the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, or that have been given a clear personal touch (cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 22). Each individual poster is unique and specially printed with information provided to us, so there is no right of withdrawal for products ordered on happilyeverafter.no. The product can not be canceled after the payment is completed in the online store and can not be returned after delivery.
8. Examination of the item
When you receive your item, you recommend that you reasonably check whether it is in accordance with the order, whether it has been damaged during transport or whether it is otherwise defective.
If the item does not match the order or has defects, you must notify us in the event of a complaint, cf. section 9 of the purchase order.
If an error or damage has occurred during production or transport, you of course have a right to make a complaint.
Send a message via Facebook or email with as much information as possible: order number, e-mail address, description of the damage, photos of your item (and damaged packaging) and any other relevant information.
In a treatment of the complaint, we will usually produce a new poster or canvas so that it satisfies both our and your requirements for the product. This is produced and shipped at no extra cost.
The deadline for complaints is two months after you have received your item.
10. Personal information
We collect and store only the personal information that is necessary for us to be able to carry out our obligations in accordance with the agreement with you. All personal information is treated confidentially and will not under any circumstances be passed on to third parties. No debit or credit card information is stored by us. When ordering your own design on a silk scarf from us, we will receive a photo from you to get started with your order and send the order to our Canadian partner for printing and shipping. The image is stored on our Dropbox folder which our team of designers has access to. If you want us to delete your customer folder with produced records and original image, get in touch.
